 ECP - 201: Effective Crisis Management Planning and Response

 This intensive 2-day course trains participants in Crisis Management Team and Incident Response procedures at Operational, Tactical, and Strategic levels of command.


This course is designed for Crisis Management Team Members, Crisis Management Team Leaders and those providing administrative, secretarial or private office support to a crisis team. It is also highly useful for executives, managers, business continuity planners and business unit staff who are involved in or manage crisis activities, and for managers, information technology managers, administrative heads, and others responsible for the effective administration of any size of organization.
